Summer 2025 Guide
July 31, 2025
Happy Summer!
Throughout the year I love to do my curated guides highlighting artists & designers & other things that have caught my eye so far that season! I have no rules for my guides (can include the same art/thing in multiple guides, no limit on how many, etc.) and I think I’ll always keep it that way so that the they stay simple, grounded, and (hopefully) inspiring.
I’ve been daydreaming about my second Artists, Art, & Things blog post for the past 3 months. And finally I have a moment to do it! It’s been a very busy spring-into-summer of all good things creating, writing, traveling, relaxing & celebrating (more on all that later). And there’s a million different things I want to write about, but it felt most natural that the next is my Artists, Art, & Things 2025 Summer Guide. (I have a journal full of blog ideas I can’t wait to share! Including my favorite artworks I saw in France in the spring and others I have been loving).
This is my third year of doing the AAT guides and it inspires me each time. I love finding new artists (& AAT) to include, highlighting staple favorites of mine, and really reflecting on all the wonderful & varied art being made all around the world. And one of the cooler parts, it also connects some of the artists themselves, no matter where they live and no matter the medium! For many reasons (that I won’t expand on here now), I believe it’s crucial that artists' work is continually shared, celebrated, connected, and discussed. My guides are a teeny-tiny part of that but a part nonetheless.
Below is the Artists, Art, & Things Summer 2025 Guide. Each artist's Instagram handle and website is linked below their artwork (in no particular order). If this guide introduces you to your new favorite artist to follow along with, I would love to know. Also— if you have a favorite artist (either from below or in general), please share with me by messaging @artistsartandthings.
Never stop creating!!!!

And now a minute for one personal update I feel excited to share. Starting this Labor Day weekend……..
I am doing my own art full time, growing my brand (Sofia Darras), and curating!
Art. Patterns. Paintings. Collections & Commissions. Paper Goods. Home Goods. Custom Goods. Collabs. Partnerships. Curating & Connecting.
More on all of this later and so much to come (so many ideas that will have the time they deserve!) For now, I am just all-I-can-think-about excited and so-grateful-I’m-in-awe that it’s my reality (so soon). Ah!!
Until next time,
Sofia
